Many attractions awaited those who decided to spend time at the family festival on the occasion of Children’s Day, organized by the District Council of the Młody Górnika Estate in Zabrze.
Among the numerous attractions for residents, both young and old, a highlight was the stand of the Odzyskaj Środowisko Foundation. Young participants had the unique opportunity to build an electric forest in glass using components from used electronics and play a game of recycled chess. The used components came from the Maya Victory processing plant in Zabrze, which, like the Foundation, is part of the MB Group.
Educators from the Foundation also eagerly shared their knowledge and advice on how to properly dispose of electronic waste. This was a great opportunity to learn more about recycling and environmental initiatives aimed at protecting our environment.
