Statement on the Impact of Activities on Human Health and the Environment
Pursuant to Article 32c(2) of the Atomic Law Act of 29 November 2000

with its registered office in Bogumiłów (2 Nowa Street, 97-410 Kleszczów), hereby informs that:
During the last 12 months, in connection with the operation of a device generating ionizing radiation, type X-TRACT [XRT][HS-1200][B][MR],
located in Zabrze at 7D Szybowa Street (production building No. C),
no exceedance of radiation dose limits for employees or for the general public has been recorded.
Therefore, it is concluded that the conducted activity has not had a negative impact on human health or the environment.
Furthermore, we inform that the operation of the above-mentioned device does not result in the release of radioactive substances into the environment.
